ITM.KIBTEK 06 Project
A. KALECİK SUBSTATION ADDITIONAL FEEDER PROJECT Delivery Period: 4 months
An additional bay and line feeder was equipped on the existing 132 switch. The existing 132kV main bus bar and transfer bus bars were extended with one bay and connected with main bus bar, transfer bus bar and existing bus bar sections and lines on same sections. Consequently, a ZA1 pole was erected on a location shown by KIB-TEK and connected to the new feeder line with an assembly bracket. ZA1 pole was considered with double assembly brackets to ensure the input of a future second feeder into the switch (Second circuit from Kalecik Power Station). Additionally, this ZA1 pole is connected with a circuit of existing double circuit 954MCM 132 kV Overhead Line (OL) coming from Kalecik Power Plant to Kalecik Substation on a pole determined by KIB-TEK. And it is made available to power as 132kV. With regard to such connections, the projects (survey, plan, profile, sections and topographical studies), disassembly, manufacturing and assembly, and wire drawing works were performed.
A circuit of 2x954MCM from Kalecik Power Plant to Kalecik Substation is connected to new 132 kV feeder line.
The grounding conductor tapped between the new and existing poles is tapped as 10-strand OPGW fibre suitable with the existing, and connected with the OPGW joint box placed on the existing pole. Additionally, the grounding conductor fibre connections were terminated with OPGW joint box placed on the new pole. A control and relay panel of new feeder is placed within the existing control room and activated accordingly. The new feeder was adapted to the current SCADA system and was delivered as being able to control and monitor all functions under SCADA Signal List given under the specifications from SCADA Control Centre.
B. GÜNEŞKÖY SS Delivery Period: 8 Months
Two feeder lines were equipped to the existing bays and connected to the new Nicosia-Güneşköy Energy Lines. Control and relay panels of both new feeder lines were placed to the control room and activated respectively. The new feeders were adapted to the current SCADA system and were delivered as being able to control and monitor all functions under SCADA Signal List given under the specifications from SCADA Control Centre. We provided all materials and labour with regard to the SCADA adaptation and the workmanship was completed. A 10kVA 3-phase generator was installed at this substation and for the generator system, a changeover panel was placed next to AC YSP in the control room so that in case of any power cut, the generator would be automatically activated and feed AC YSP.
